★ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property (separate to your agreement with Airbnb). This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Portal containing useful information about the property and the local area.
