The staff (owners perhaps) were so lovely! Very friendly and accommodating - room was neat and tidy with all facilities. An easy drive to Scottsbluff monument from here.

Worth the stop!

Very nice...would definitely stay again. Cleanest room we've had on our vacation. Updated while still having vintage charm. Hotel staff was very nice!

Great place to stay

Being highly allergic to cats and dogs, I appreciate their no pet policy. It's one of my favorite places to stay when I'm working. The owners are wonderfully helpful.

In general the stay was decent, but the a/c rattled loudly when the compressor was running which made it more difficult to sleep. One other review mentioned the room felt a bit cramped due to the amount of furniture, I would agree. One other suggestion is they should provide some thinner pillows for stomach sleepers.

The Arcadia is a nice little hotel, as a single senior traveler I felt very safe and secure. It’s clean and there are nice amenities in the room. I would definitely stay here again if I’m never back through Gering.

This motel was ok- clean, friendly staff, bed not bad. It’s an old motel and the owner is trying to do updates. I would stay there again, if needed.

This was an unassuming property but it really excels in the amenities and attention to detail. They've gone above and beyond to consider things people might need to make the stay more comfortable. If you dont have a car it might be a little far from attractions but i found it a really pleasant and the service considered and thoughtful

The Arcadia is an older property that has been very nicely renovated. I had to cut my stay short due to a family problem and they most kindly refunded my money for the balance of the reservation period. Would definitely recommend the Arcadia!

The owners/front desk folks were so friendly. They have a keycard process for the lights in the room, which they explained well. They called us by name when we came to the desk. They also serviced our room, which was unexpected in this day-post covid! I'd recommend staying here!

Amazing place for a stay in Gering: conveniently located, very clean, super comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and breakfast supplies, cozy room with a large couch. But, most importantly, the most friendly and kind staff I've ever encountered: the owner gave us an extra-late checkout well into the afternoon after my son and I raced in Gering USA Cycling Nationals, allowing me to shower and take it easy. Before our departure, he took care of giving us free water bottles for the trip. Amazing! Highly recommended!

The bathroom had had water setting in the soap dishes. There was a small bug on the shower curtain I noticed after I got in the shower. The toilet had stains. The sink area behind the faucets was wet. The room was nice, but It was odd that the TV was on when we entered the room.

The only thing that made me sad was that our room was cleaned and we were only staying two nights. I feel it is not a valid use of resources of people, water and supplies to clean a room when the patron did not request it. I had medical supplies that cannot be around chemicals and odors of any kind. Otherwise Tom and crew were great.

The room was packed full of furniture. There was very little room to move. The air conditioner was very loud and inadequate. Most of tv stations were standard vision and low picture quality. Very few high definition channels. The place seamed clean over all. Bottom line not worth the price.

The owners here are exceptionally kind. For an older hotel, they have done an amazing job of remodeling it to make it comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable!
