House Rules for Two-Bedroom Cabins:

Capacity: The maximum capacity for your two-bedroom cabin is 8 people. However, the assigned ATV can only seat 6 guests at a time. For groups larger than 6, there is a $50 fee per additional person, up to a total of 8 guests. Please note, multiple trips will be required to transport everyone from the parking lot to the cabin, which is approximately a quarter of a mile up the mountain.

Additional Rules: All other house rules will be sent to you in an eBook and can also be found in the guest book inside your unit.

Property Waiver: All rules are also outlined in the property waiver, which guests are required to e-sign after the booking has been made.

Golf Cart & ATV Usage & Liability Terms:

Your reservation includes an ATV that seats 6 guests for easy transport to and from your cabin. If your group exceeds 6 people, multiple trips will be needed to accommodate everyone.

Keys must be left in the ATV, and it must be parked in its assigned station when not in use.

Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on the card on file on the day of arrival and will be released within 48 hours of checkout.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms:

You are accepting responsibility for your own negligence while using the ATV.

Drivers must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

The ATV must remain on ReTreet property and be driven safely on designated paths.

Only 6 people are allowed on the ATV at a time, and passengers must be seated.

Misuse of the ATV (speeding, reckless driving, etc.) will result in immediate forfeiture of privileges.

You are responsible for any damages to the ATV and agree to pay for repairs if necessary.

Use of the ATV can result in injury or property damage. You are liable for any legal or medical claims arising from its use.

By using the ATV, you voluntarily release ReTreet Resort, its owners, and staff from any claims of injury, property damage, or loss of life resulting from ATV use.
