Clean and basic rooms with in room cooking abilities. All bare wood floors which let you hear all hall traffic and steps in the room. Liked size and layout of bathroom. Easy parking and walking distance to many food choices.

It was a very good experience! The place was pretty clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly. The only thing I wish the place had in the room is a coffee machine and probably access to an ice machine.

Great spot for a family trip. The staff is super professional, the location is convenient and parking is free. The rooms are just so-so, but everything is clean and the price is right. Highly convenient and good value overall.

Location was good, but I received visitors(roaches)throughout the night. The front desk does not have a 24hr staff. When I left around 6:30am the front desk was closed.

The staff was amazing and very helpful every time I had a concern. The room was comfortable loved that I was able to cook and make my own coffee, but the floors need better sweeping and mopping. I would still recommend the hotel and come back.

Terrible experience – uncleaned room and broken facilities My stay at WoodSpring Suites Wilkes-Barre was completely disappointing. The moment we stepped into the room, we were hit with a pathetic, awful odor. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were noticeably not clean, and the bathroom door was broken and couldn't even close. The entire stay was a complete mess and very bad overall. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

I booked 2 rooms. One room had 6 cockroaches and we had to cancel and find another hotel. We used the second room but that also had 1 cockroach but we checked in at 10 pm and was too tired to find another hotel. So we slept with our travel clothes. I complained to the front desk and clerk said "we are aware of the cockroach infestation" but the hotel was fully book and no rooms left. We were on the road for 15 hours and too tired to move. We got a credit for 1 room but has yest to show up on my credit card. It was a terrible stay and strongly against anyone staying there. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I don’t know how this place is even open and advertised on Expedia. Guests were in line to complain about plumbing issues, bugs in the room, and the lack of concern for the customer. Our toilet leaked out water all over the floor. On site people working there were not happy about this place either. Was told to read the reviews on this hotel (motel). We decided to leave at 5 AM to just get out of there. You get what you pay for, apparently. Ugh!

Bugs, food splattered on the walls. Hair in the bathroom. Smell of weed and cigarettes. Rude desk staff more interested in playing on their phones than working. We immediately left and went elsewhere. Expedia fully refunded us.
