“Very beautiful and clean room Bistro was amazing and In-house Starbucks”

“The tub drain was partially plugged backing water in tub. Breakfast selection was limited in my opinion. ”

“The room was nicely done and the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a shower curtain rod that was falling out of the wall so curtain would slide to middle of rod while showering which put water on floor. The shower head was also not working very well so that you got half the stream and the other half was just like the water was coming out of a faucet. Housekeeping provided clean towels and made the bed daily but they did not sweep well. The same black fuzzy was on……

“Reasonable price for these times. Room was clean and well maintained. They have a surcharge of $3 if you use a credit card to charge your room. There's a very tacky, cluttered and dirty breezeway where the ice machine is.”

“I had to cut my stay short because of bedbugs and I have pictures of proof!. The manager at the hotel needs to learn about customer service, he was very rude and unprofessional! I truly believe if you paid for a service, and you can’t safely enjoy the service you paid for, you should be refunded . Am not trying to be mean but they changed my sheets one in 10 nights, towels have holes, and mattress is old with spots of blood stains, and other stains!.”

“I travel very often for work and hotel convenience and cleanliness matter greatly to me. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. Morgan the assistant mgr GRACIOUSLY made this possible which was such a relief to me. This hotel was very nice but what really rocked was ……

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The Hotel was clean, the breakfast and the Costa coffee was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel is at a great location to State Parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Hotels that we have stayed at.
