「The staff was amazing and very accommodating for a last minute stay. I rented a 3bedroom vrbo house and the renter would not get back to us on the entry information so we had to find a new place stay which also meant 3 bedrooms. 」

「You have to wait for half an hour to check in. Because there is no person at the front desk. The customer service is terrible. The room is very dirty. Do not come here. Terrible place. The worst experience I have ever had. 」

「It wasn’t really that bad then I thought. The room was pretty clean and cozy, a pretty simple lay out. Another perk about it is there’s a literal Waffle House right next to it lol so that was was nice to have when your hungry. 」

「From the time we walked in to this property the staff was amazing! Anya checked us in and was very friendly and gave us some great food recommendations. This property is quiet and clean. The museum/art aspect is a wonderful piece to the hotel. This property is within 2 blocks of the Louisville Slugger and Mohammed Ali Center...super continent! We would absolutely stay here again! 」
