House well furnished and supplied. Management responsive. Water heater broken so no hot water. Not time enough for it to be fixed, so management gave us a fair refund.

Fabulous week by the sea

We had a wonderful stay at the Kabella house. We had great weather, good food, and family time together. Kitchen is well stocked and the widow seats were coveted by everyone for reading and naps. Great place for 4 people.

Clean and cozy!

We had a wonderful stay at Kabella. The house was clean and the kitchen incredibly well equipped. Great location - a stone’s throw from the cliff walk trail and a view of the ocean from the back porch. We will definitely be coming back to stay again soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the home has everything,, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen (a bigger coffee maker would be nice) fabulous hot tub for evening stargazing. Short walk to bluff trail.

Comfortable stay close to shoreline

Overall comfortable stay in this open plan house in nice location close to the shoreline in beautiful Sea Ranch. Recommend the installation of a lock box or electronic lock which would greatly streamline check in and check out process.

Beautiful home with great ocean view!

This house is in a fantastic location, with the kitchen/living room and hot tub looking out to the ocean. The house was clean and had everything we need. The walk to the beach from the house was further than anticipated. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for preservation during our stay which was a big reason why we booked this home. Otherwise, this house and our stay in it was wonderful.

Lovely Home at the waters edge

Beautiful, restful time connecting to nature, ( the deer, the bobcat and hummingbirds) to name I few we saw from our front window. All the comforts in the well appointed kitchen, the deck and hot tub.

Lovely home

Beautiful location with a view of the meadow and the sea beyond. The house is simple, clean, and has everything that one would need. The courtyard offers shelter from the wind. Easy walk to the ocean. Recommend this house highly.

Home away from home

I've been coming to Sea Ranch for many years and always try to stay in new properties if possible. This home did not disappoint. It was clean, inviting and close to the beach and trails. Its location was perfect and relatively close to the town of Gualala. I would recommend this home to everyone!

Great getaway

The house is very comfortable and felt very cozy. It is well-maintained and well-equipped. The kitchen is particularly complete. A great house for just relaxing, particularly when the weather is uncooperative for outdoor activity. Convenient to a coastal walking path with spectacular views.
