The entire home is yours to enjoy -- make yourself at home from the moment you arrive. The private hot tub is available around the clock -- no reservation needed. This home welcomes up to 2 dogs -- the yard and nearby trails are ready for your pup. Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to The Sea Ranch -- ten miles of rugged Sonoma coastline where modern architecture and wild nature exist in harmony. Nearby highlights include community heated pool (North) (a short 3-minute walk), Shell Beach tidepools (6-minute drive), The Sea Ranch Lodge restaurant, lounge and café (6-minute drive). The community features miles of bluff-top and forest trails, tidepools, two heated community pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and The Sea Ranch Lodge with its restaurant, lounge and café. For provisions, Gualala (10 minutes north) has grocery stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Jenner and Bodega Bay are scenic drives south.



Getting Around:

Take a two-mile walk to Shell Beach, where you can glimpse a wonderful variety of sea life at low tide, play an afternoon round of golf, or drive 52 miles north to Mendocino for the day, admiring the rugged rock formations along the way. Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area.

Come home from a day in the great outdoors to a living space with lofty exposed beam ceilings, large windows, and WiFi throughout.



Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.



Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.



Whale watching season runs from December through April -- grab the binoculars and watch for gray whale spouts from your window. Spring (April-June) brings a wildflower show across the coastal meadows -- lupine, poppies, and iris paint the landscape. Summer (June-September) brings the warmest days and longest light. Morning fog is common along the coast -- it usually burns off by midday.
