「I really enjoyed my extended off season stay at this sweet little spot! I actually was traveling back and forth to the rehab hospital in Portsmouth and it was easy access there (so I wasn't on the normal beach vacation here) but this place definitely suited my needs for that. The parking spot is right out the front door, there is one step up to the porch, and then one step down into the unit. 「The Ocean Oasis condo was pefect for our long weekend getaway! Our host, Priya, was extremely helpful and accomodating, and she checked in with us several times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Communication was exceptional! The 4th floor walk-up condo has beautiful ocean views from the living room, and serene marsh views from the bedroom. It has covered parking onsite which was an added plus (although it is a little tight if you have an SUV). The condo was very clean, quiet, nicely...

「Five stars for location and the apartment is very cute and clean. No ocean views but we knew that ahead of time so just a short walk around the house and you are on the beach. Unfortunately there needs to be more insulation between the upstairs apartment and the bedrooms. The people above us were not trying to be loud but every foot step, chair moving and voices came right into the bedroom which went on until 1am each night. Ugh. Make sure to eat at the Riptide and hike the trails of Parker...

「The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! 」

「We had a fantastic time staying in this ocean front condo. The view is beautiful It is a good walk to the main stores and food on the beach, but it is nice that it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are kept very clean, everything is very nice and the bed is so comfortable! Highly recommend. 」
