Mom and I so enjoyed this property. Clean and roomy. Easy access to the beach. Which was great for my 82 year old Mom. Convenient to dinning and shopping. Hope to go back soon!

The property was amazing! Our family of four had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space, with awesome views! The villa was well equip with everything we needed for a quick, fall break get-away. The booking, check-in, check-out procedure was quick and easy. We will certainly look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our stay was shortened by a broken bone … but the unit is very nicely decorated and spotless. We’ve stayed in the Pelican Watch villas numerous times and they’ve all been exceptional. Can’t miss.

First floor unit and was very quiet until the last day when guests moved in to the unit above us. We really enjoyed our long walks on the beaches, especially walking the beach accessed by boardwalk #2. Unit was clean and comfortable.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to escape for several days. The unit felt like home The location was magical. And we got to see deer, rabbits and even a brightly hued rough green snake. No dolphins this time but several shrimp trawelers silhouetted against brilliant sunsets.

I’ve been back for a few days and I am already planning my trip back to this condo! Seabrook Island is stunning, and so relaxing! It was my dog’s first trip to the beach and the location of this condo was perfect for him. The beach was a short walk from the back door and he enjoyed the view from the porch. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a chance to recharge.

Overall the experience was great! This was the first time we took our dog to the beach and she had a blast. The location on the beach was great and there was a nice grassy area for her to use the restroom easily especially for those early morning potty times. The house was very clean and comfortable. We love staying at Pelican Watch. This unit is great. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit provides 4 beach chairs, which is handy. We decided to not unpack our own beach chairs.

The condo was spotless when we arrived. It is more spacious and nicer than the pics show. Easy beach access and a wonderful surprise to get a sunset view on an East Coast island! Comfortable king-sized bed. As others mentioned, the kitchen was well-equiped. Spectacular water views from both inside the condo and the deck. Nice sandy beach with gentle waves.

We had 4 glorious days walking the beaches and trails of Seabreeze Island. Our accommodations were outstanding, offering everything we could possibly need, and nearby shopping for perishables. The only downside we experienced was that no club facility allows pets. So we were unable to use the club amenities. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

This was a lovely property for a get-away and relaxation .. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, the sunsets were out of this world- even on the few cloudy days. Although neighbors were all around us, it was quiet and private. The Condo was clean, an efficient and well equipped kitchen ,, The decor is updated , classic and comfy. The checking -in process was smooth and a welcomed breeze . We just can’t say enough good things about our stay and the property -especially after bad experiences with other properties and management companies in the past , but this was great overall and we will definitely visit again. Well done!

The place was beautiful, very clean and great views! Would have really liked a key to the back door,,,We enjoyed our week until the storm brought in all the bugs! We should have asked about how many steps we had to climb, total of 6, ( totally our fault).. we have a handicapped large 120 lb dog, thank goodness we bought a harness called lift em up, what a life saver! We also had a stroller/bike carrier for him, Awesome dog friendly beach!

Highly recommend this unit! Tastefully decorated and the kitchen had everything you needed! Beautiful sunsets and views from the balcony. Loved seeing the deer and the other wildlife as you drove back to condo as well. Owner very nice and flexible to deal with. Charleston is a pleasant drive away and could spend forever telling you how much we enjoyed that! The only thing you need to bring is sun lotion, clothes and a sense of adventure! Kudos on cleanliness, the Resort Quest staff and well supplied home for the week! One more thing: Great dolphin and bird watching!! Amy, Scott & Wesley Greensboro, NC

This was our first time on Seabrooke and we will definitely be back. With our schedules and commitments it's difficult to find the time to get away. We have to say that the whole experience with VBRO, the property management company, the condo itself, and Seabrooke in general was seamless from start to finish for a hassle-free beach get away. The condo was perfect for two people. It was clean and had everything you need. We especially liked the cool, shared mornings on the deck for drinking coffee and reading with the tides ebbing and flowing in the background. The beach is a short boardwalk away and was never crowded for a perfect sunbathing environment. Overall, we were more than pleased with our whole visit to Seabrooke and will keep this unit in mind the next time we plan a beach trip.

We so enjoyed our time here! The short walk to the beach each day was great. But I think our dog enjoyed his stay most. The ability for him to join us on the beach day made for great memories.

Had a great time at Pelican Watch and the Seabrook Club. Have been vacationing at SB on and off since 1991 and it is alway an enjoyable experience. A plus this year with no hurricanes in the areas our week!!

Confusion about bedding. The sheets were put on sideways and were very thin. On the third day I happened to look in laundry closet and found a nice set of sheets in the dryer so I put them on the bed.
