This house was perfect for our family vacation. The house is large enough for all the family to have their own space and space to gather as well (we had 6 adults and 2 young children). The access to the beach and pool was convenient... a short ride away. The neighborhood is beautiful for a quiet walk. There is a nice shopping area close by in Kiawah Island.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It is well equipped. The door lock didn’t work. So we lost time at check-in trying to access the house. It only took minutes to strip beds but not sure that is necessary with the cost of property.

This is our second year to rent this house for a stitching retreat and it suits our needs perfectly. Three bedrooms on the main floor with king and queen beds, and a bonus room over the garage with 2 twins and a queen bed. We had several small glitches, the hall toilet needed a new flapper and the living room TV did not work. The Vacasa team was very responsive and came to check it out. I feel sure they will have both issues solved. They tried hard to make things right for us. We love Seabrook and would highly recommend this house for a vacation rental.

Our property was very nice and well maintained. open floor plan and great kitchen to prep and cook. Rooms were great and enabled each son to have their own space. location to community rec center was an easy walk or easier bike ride. Screened in porch doors could use some TLC but u can't avoid that with the weather in the low country. we will be back. Go Cocks!

The house was very nice and the space well met our needs. We received countless emails/texts from Vacasa with loads information but it was not clear to us how to go registering multiple vehicles. I called Vacasa to address this issue and unfortunately the representative I received was not helpful and seemed bothered by my request for help. This was the only disappointment we had. Fortunately, the gatehouse keeper to the Seabrook Island entrance were most gracious and helped us with this need.

My family and I have been to the Charleston area many times but have never stayed in Seabrook. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, the community is very large and well maintained. The equestrian center, club house and other amenities were lovely! There are a lot of beach accesses in the community with easy parking which was great. The beach was never crowded during our stay. If you are looking for a beach access with bathroom facilities, you will want to use access #1 or the beach club beach access. The house was very clean upon arrival and check-in was easy. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is enjoyable to cook in and very well appointed. The view of the golf course was really nice as well! The property management company was great to deal with. They texted us letting us know when we could check in and they verified that the house was clean before we got there which was really nice.

House and location are perfect and Exactly as described. Management company is sub par. I was not able to access house w code provided, had to call and try several different ways,,,, trash cans were left out front in hot heat attracting flys and bugs. Management would not accommodate a 1 he late check out for a grandmother time to take diabetes medicine. House is great but owners are not getting value from their management company!

The home was beautiful and very clean and had a great layout for our group of 7 friends with three bedrooms on the main floor. The beds are quite comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. The view at the house is beautiful and peaceful. The island has great amenities and the beaches are why I keep coming back. We would recommend staying at this house and hope to stay again. Our recommendations would be to add another garbage can outdoors. The cans outside were completely full when we arrived and garbage pickup was the day before. It would also be helpful if there were garbage bags provided. We were only left with two bags for a five-day stay of 7 people. Also, the refrigerator was not turned on until just before we arrived so it took 24 hours to get cool. Unfortunately we arrived with a lot of food that we then had to put in coolers with ice until the fridge was cool enough. All minor things that can be easily addressed. While the management company was responsive, there was no follow through. We were told they would put in a ticket for the garbage but we never heard anything back. Still a lovely stay and a beautiful clean home.

The house was very nice. We loved the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances someone needs to check the cleanliness of pots and pans Some had food on them. The bathrooms need to have the mold cleaned out of showers. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and hopefully will return next year

We checked in at 4:15 after the check in time. We walked in to a pile of dirty bedding in the foyer. I called right away and they came immediately and made the beds. However, what about a thorough cleaning. They never cleaned just made the beds.. It needs some new curb appeal. Moldy windows and steps as you enter . Light bulb in lamp needs to be replaced light over sink not working. Most properties include garage and bikes. It rained while we were there. We got soaked having to enter through front door. Also the vent is not working for one of the bathrooms and the shower head is too powerful. Should consider access to garage for renters. Beds were comfortable and house layout is great for privacy. We enjoyed our stay. Just a few hiccups.

This is our second stay at the property. The house was sold in between our first and last visit. It’s unfortunate that the new owners aren’t as meticulous in keeping up with the property as the previous ones. The good thing is that Seabrook is still a beautiful island and there are many choices for year number 16 on the island

We have vacationed at Seabrook many times. This is the first time we have chosen outside of a specific other area. The property was exactly as described. Incredibly spacious for our group (three couples, one with a child, and two teens). Everything was immaculate and well stocked. The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms were roomy. The kitchen was well stocked for cookware and utensils, etc. We do many meals in so that was a plus! The fridge was large and great for our family. A centralized washer/dryer made lighter packing easier. The screened in porch with fan was a great place to gather as a family and was comfortable even mid afternoon when the temps were highest. Reservations, check in and check out was very simple. Keep in mind that you should call for your amenity card confirmation 48 hours ahead of time. I’m glad I did as there was a slight snag with that (immediately resolved on the phone so no big deal, just glad I called ahead as stated in the confirmation email). This home was perfect and I would definitely rent again. It exceeded my expectations and the cleanliness, spaciousness and appointments really made our family time better! Couple things to note if you’re renting. There is a space off the driveway that we thought was a parking spot. It is not. The property manager contacted me to move a vehicle which I did right away, but hoping to save someone else making that same mistake. Also, the island trash pandas easily get into the trash can and have food fights on top of them at night. I placed something heavy on the lids after catching them two nights in a row. Otherwise, quite the mess with garbage on and around the cans. Take a few trash bags. We left our extras in the cabinet but there were none when we arrived.

We loved our weeklong stay in Seabrook Island! Great location-- house is right on the golf course, it's a quick walk to the park, outdoor pool, lake house with indoor pool and gym, and equestrian center. Quick 2-minute drive to the beach and club house. The amenities available were great for families! My only complaint is that the master bedroom mattress was very creaky and uncomfortably hard, but I would definitely go back!

Code for the door wasn't clear it said a lockbox. Actual is on the door. Upstairs toilet is not stable, I've didn't work, dishwasher was hard to start even with the instructions in the book. Screened porch was not swept and outside porch leaves had not been done in several days. Nice floorplan, garage and entry from there would have been nice.

The location of this house is fantastic! The property manager was very responsive and helpful! We shared some feedback with her on the property that would have made this a 5 star rental! It was a bit frustrating that we were Informed around 3:00 that our check I. Would be pushed back until 6:00 pm. The house could use some TLC to fix some minor things- and could use a fresh coat of paint. There were many cooking things available but the kitchen needs some extras to make it fully useful. It sounds like the property has just recently been started to be rented out so I think that as they work out the kinks- things will improve!
