「The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.」

「We loved our stay at the Rockport Pool House. It was a spacious house with tons of room inside for our family and a wonderful backyard. The rooms were very clean with updates and modern decor. The master bedroom suite was huge! The house is only a short walk to town through a beautiful neighborhood. The host, Rachel, was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues. We would definitely rent here again!」

We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!」
