「I stayed at this location for my 25th birthday get-together & it was amazing! The home was very clean & comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, clear and responsive. It is very difficult to find Long Island properties that will allow small gatherings, so this is definitely a gem! I look forward to staying here again.」

「Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. 「Adequate for a short stay maybe a little more than adequate」

「As soon as I walked in the smoke alarm was beeping so I had to contact the host and wait for that to be fixed. Then I went to take a hot shower and relax….. no hot water. And I’m talking the water was ice cold. Contacted and they came to look at it. The man went into the bathroom with the shower on and shut the door. Then told me to use warm water I needed to turn the knob all the way to the right (where it’s cold and about to shut off). That was the solution… They were prompt and helped with...

「Rebecca was very responsive! Property was clean and comfortable. Stairs were as advertised! Indoor staircase curved and narrow. Beds comfortable; window air conditioners were effective. Well stocked kitchen!」

「the safety in this place is dangerous. twice i had people punch in my door code and come in, thankfully they weren’t weird. As a female that made me feel unsafe on top of the fact that it was not made clear that you will be sharing the place with other people. The host was slow on replying and the safety was my top issue otherwise the location was the best part of this place 」
