「We werden vanwege een 'technisch probleem' in een ander appartement ondergebracht, bijna 200 meter verderop, langs een zeer drukke weg zònder voetpad. Het 'technische probleem' bleek een dubbele boeking te zijn....... Ons werd verteld dat het appartement een privé opgang naar het strand zou hebben, dit bleek een van sloop hout gebouwde steiger met een trappetje de zee in, tussen rotsblokken van 3x3 meter. 「Excellent location with free private parking. The room was lovely, featuring a terrace with a beautiful sea view. The shower was fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable thanks to the topper, and the towels were changed daily. The kitchenette was very convenient, and the breakfast was excellent. 「It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful.」

「This was amazing. A little distance from Catania centre but we had a car so that didn't matter. A lovely relaxed place right on the sea with access. Rooms were large and well maintained. Great atmosphere.」
