We arrived to find dirty floors, dust, used kitchen sponges, laundry left in the washing machine, missing household items, and an unusable sofa bed that was severely sagging. The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangements. We booked this property expecting proper beds, but spent the first night on a sofa that was not suitable for sleeping. 「The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed the rainfall shower. The kids slept on the pullout couch. They were happy with it. The neighbors were very friendly. They alerted us to leaving our dome light on in our car and when we needed to move our car for the street sweeper. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.」
