“First off, this location is pinned wrong on the map. We had a conference at the Omni and we chose this place as it was supposed to be on the other side of Petco, which it wasn't. The correct location is about 6-7 blocks north. Communication started off great when we had an issue with a shower drain, but after that we followed up with Fatima to see if someone was in the unit while we were out, as there was chunks of dirt on the floor and we knew it wasn't there when we left for the day, we never……

“The apartment itself was perfect. The check-in, check-out process was flawless. It was clean and had all the right amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only problem was the listing had the wrong address. We didn't receive the correct address until the day before our travel. The correct location was 4 more city blocks away from the conference center, which was slightly annoying but not the end of the world. The beautiful apartment made up for the address error.The……

“The condo was very clean and organized. The kitchen could use a few more pans and things to make things a little easier. I did this mention this to the host and was told they would plan to stock the kitchen with more things. The shared balcony was beautiful to be able to look out over downtown and the bay. The parking is a short block away and there was always a space so that was nice to not have to worry about street parking. People we ran into in the building were very friendly. We will……

“Beautiful home! This place was great for me and my 16 year old son. Conveniently located in the middle of everything. The home was clean and in and safe, secure, quiet, well lit location. We didn't care for the street parking, and would suggest using an uber. Otherwise it was the perfect spot. Zain was an excellent host, and his communication was great. If available, we would definitely stay here again.”
