The space
Step into a bright and airy open-concept living area, beautifully designed with coastal-inspired décor. The modern gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar seating—perfect for entertaining! Enjoy meals in the cozy dining area, or take them outside to the expansive deck with seating for al fresco dining.


Living Room: Relax in the stylish and spacious seating area with a flat-screen TV and plenty of natural light.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need—modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker to start your day right.

Bedrooms: Comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, with plush bedding and ample storage.

Outdoor Paradise
Enjoy the multiple outdoor spaces! The large upper deck offers seating, a dining table, and a sun umbrella, while the covered patio is perfect for lounging after a day at the beach.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the lower floor unit. Steps are required for access. There is a second dwelling unit above this one. There is also a garage attached to the house that guests will not have access to.

Other things to note
One flight of steps is required to access the front door

This is the bottom floor of a duplex, so you might occasionally hear some light noise from the other unit. Most guests don’t find it disruptive, but we like to mention it just in case.

Maximum number of vehicles that may be parked in the driveway is 2. A third vehicle may be blocked in the street blocking the driveway if needed.

No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

No Proms/HS graduation groups

The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.

All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
