Awesome Experience with Seaside Serenity

The seaside serenity was great and welcoming. The location is really close to beach and other major attractions in downtown. Love the welcoming environment of the house and decorations. Itrip made it easy for guests. We hope to stay at this place again soon.

Would not book again with dogs.

We did have a good time at this location, but there were some disappointments. The house was very clean. A few notations were no beach towels, floor makes a lot of noise in the back rooms. Open floor plan and decoration of the house was good. We planned to bring our dogs on this trip, but the additional cost did not seem transparent. The online listing does say there is additional 100 per dog at the end of the listing. We didn’t see it until after booking and we paid it. I believe it should be at the top portion of any listing. The additional fee was also taxed separately. That was a bit frustrating because that was not in the listing. Taxes were about 40 additional. After already paying around 90 in tax for the entire stay. I let them know my frustration and was told sorry for the miscommunication. The listing said it had a spacious backyard. The yard was normal sized with no grass or fence. Just sand, mixed with dirt and some rocks. What looked to be arborvitae‘s on the border of the yard. Wish they would have had a photo because that was a disappointment, and not what we expected.I would not book again with our dogs but maybe without.

Great Location and space, clean,

Over all this was a good stay. The place was clean, a good size, amenities were nice. Great location. Good communication mostly, easy check in and out.The set backs for us were in the description and accurateness of responses. here were the things in the description that did not feel accurate:- one bathroom has a bath tub - having small kids, this is really crucial to know, we would have packed differently for them (it says showers only right now)- the garage - really only holds a compact car. We have a standard size SUV and a mini van - neither one fit - both to long because of the things at the back of the garage. so not usable- the DVD also not usable. It was not plugged in, we tried to set it and there is an insane amount of stuff plugged in behind the TV - we couldn't get it attached to the TV or plugged in. This was a bummer, we had intentionally brought movies' to watch.- no bathmat for the shower or bathtub- no beach towels- this is NOT a stand alone home. There IS A shared wall. It is a duplex.- the back yard is not fenced in and has no grass. it is all gravel or dirt mixed with gravel. It was fine, but hard with our dog. - there IS street parking around the corner that is free and easy. We would stay there again now that we know what to expect.a clearer description would have been helpful.

Would have given this a better rating but the floors in the house were not clean. Our feet’s were black from how dirty the floors were, we constantly had to clean them off. It was annoying because there is a sign in house saying no shoes. So that is something that needs to be majorly improved at the place.

Almost great...just a few hiccups

Great place, great location, easy to check-in/check-out...really an overall good experience. However, we arrived a couple hours after check-in time and there was still a cleaner there. No big deal really, she was just finishing up and she was super friendly. Only real complaint....how do you have a beach house rental with NO BEACH TOWELS. I believe there were about 6 bath towels and one beach towel for a dog, but no beach towels. That's a little frustrating and should be easy to fix. But i saw that minor complaint on other reviews and it still hasn't been addressed. Overall, we'd gladly stay again, but it would be an even better place with some beach towels :)
