Although our room only had a partial view of the ocean, the hotel was right next to the beach, and it was so quiet at night that we could hear the sound of the waves. Since we were notified about the item we left behind right after we checked out, it wasn't difficult to go back and pick it up. Thank you very much.

Room and amenities were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing is that sound from above, especially when people were walking was very loud. It sounded like the people were stomping as opposed to normal walking noise.

Inn was perfect. Had balcony with side view and was able to sit out and enjoy the fall weather. Heating unit was a bit confusing but staff was helpful. No AC but was able to crack the door and get a breeze in the evening. Room also had a box fan already :)

We stayed at Inn at the Shore Recently. Pros: Great location near the beach with wheelchair access, pets welcome (although we did not bring any), nice 2 bedroom room with nice kitchen and full size fridge (rare), they have a dvd library, very affordable, clean, quite, great off street parking, nice patio, tv and dvd combo, 2 bathrooms. Cons: (Do keep in mind the location is great and the rates were very affordable) A little outdated, the beds were a bit firm, slightly run down (but clean), free bike rental was not available during our stay. This is not a 5 star hotel and they do not charge 5 star rates. I would stay here again as it was exactly what we needed.
