Perfect for large families

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house because it’s perfect for our large rambunctious family. The large dining room table is perfect for eating together or playing games and there are plenty of bedrooms and sleeping areas.

So spacious, blocks from the beach Ava an easy stroll down to the main strip-arcade, carousel, shops, elephant ears and Ice cream:-)

Plenty of room for our family of 14!

Lots of beds, towels and kitchen supplies. Close enough to the beach and promenade that we didn’t have to drive and it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Could use some updating and maintenance, but overall it worked well and we were all comfortable.

A very Large group home.

The home was big enough for a large group. Close proximity to the Ocean. Not a good fit for people with mobility issues. Many stairs. Price is in line with quality. Enjoyed our stairs. Could use some updates and maintenance.

Lots of room

Lots of room, well stocked kitchen. Could use a deep clean. Short on basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap. Place could be great if more attention was given to cleanliness and providing the basics.

Location of home is great!

This rental is only 1 block away from beach. We had a large group of people that including 5 kids and the walk to the beach was very short and the kids loved it! Luckily the weather was fine so we spent everyday on the beach. The home has lots of space for large groups. The furniture and decor are a bit dated. Could use a little updating. But this is a vacation beach home. We didn't need modern and fancy. Very cozy and everything we needed for a good time was there. Highly recommend for large groups and families with kids.

The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to put your belongings. There are lots of bath towels. The kitchen and dining area seats a large group. The dishes and cooking utensils are adequate but could be downsized and consolidated so renters have room for their food. There was only one wine glass and not enough small drinking glasses.

Big house with room for everyone

This was great for our family of 13 - the bedrooms all worked out great. Big living room with super comfy couches perfect for relaxing or a nap. It was a short walk to the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk. At Seasode the ocean is another bit of a walk once you get to the sand though just so you know. There is a walkway a good distance towards the ocean that is wheelchair accessible. A walk into town is only about 15 minutes and you don’t have to deal with parking. There is not an ocean view which we knew, but I did miss that. If you plan on staying more than a few days bring your own paper towels and toilet paper as you get one roll of paper towels and not many rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom —. Not nearly enough for a house that sleeps 15

The house was outdated, dirty (lots of stains), one bathroom was unusable, holes in the wall, water stains on the ceiling, washer and dryer didn’t work. The team who manages it came by and gave us a discount because of the state of the home.

The location and parking were good. The house is so run down though. Everything from floors, walls, kitchen, mattresses, bathrooms felt dirty. The mattresses need to be replaced desperately. We made the best of our trip but it was disappointing. The family was really looking forward to this trip. I would not recommend this house.

Short walk to beach

Loved the location of this house. It was overall an ok stay. Some parts of the house were broken ( lock on bathroom door, some holes in walls). It had the right number of beds and baths for our group.

Great for families

Great space for family groups! Good location, close to beach, short walk to town. Not very many bowls, mugs or glasses but there were just enough to manage ok. Wifi not very good.

Fun Family Digs

Don't get me wrong, the house was great, but mostly because it was not real fancy. The kids weren't worried about breaking pretty things. There was plenty of room for us to eat together, and the game room on the third floor was well used! All in all, it was the perfect house for us!

Family get away

I booked through VRBO and they advertised amenities that VaCasa doesn’t.. Took me 3.5 hrs of back and forth for them both to admit advertising was wrong.House is big enough to accommodate us all perfectly.. house is very dated, and most of the items in the kitchen were so dirty- we had to rewash everything before using.

Great for a large family vacation!

This home is excellent for large families with 4 levels (4th level being a loft with 2 full beds, great for kids) for a nice getaway. The set up of the house was very convenient as the adults would relaxed downstairs in the open concept kitchen/living area and the kids were on the third level with another sitting area that had games and air hockey. Pleasantly surprised that we had a grill to quickly feed 15 people which saved us a ton of time in the kitchen and more time for the beach. It is a very used house, large dinning table is rickety and the bed frames creeks loudly but other then the normal wear and tear, this place was excellent. Less then a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Spacious

Lots of open space Jacuzzi was not working and I messaged them and they said reset the breaker and it still didn't respond. Disappointing as a few of us wanted to use it and that was one of the criteria's when looking for a place. Toilets kept getting clogged had to plunge them all during our stay multiple times.
