    OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 2nd floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. This is a non smoking property. You may not smoke in the units, balconies, or on the grounds, or parking lot. MUST BE 25+ TO RENT

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was ideal, just a few blocks off the Main drag with a terrific view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils you’d need however no staples are provided (sugar, spices, olive oil, etc.) I would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely apartment for our trip! We sat outside and watched the sunset and watched beach walkers. It is located two blocks from the main street in town so it’s very close to restaurants, etc. who was easy to communicate with. No surprises. We would stay there again.

Excellent views and very clean place. Location on the Promenade was easy walking distance to everything. Very quick response to our request for new pillows, and the kitchen is well stocked w everything needed to cook a meal. Furniture is a bit dated and mattress could use replacement. There is coin laundry on the ground floor- was clean and washer dryer were in good condition. It was quiet and peaceful for our stay. Overall a very nice place!

Enjoyed our stay overall. Kids had a wonderful time, beautiful weather, comfortable stay, big unit, great communication from property managers, great location, very quiet. Only suggestion would be to update unit. Price paid during off season was ok but unit lacks updating. Would definitely stay again.
