OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 4th floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV/DVD and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS.

Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchen was clean and spacious for a family of 6. Master bed was super soft and cozy. Despite other reviews we don’t hear anyone on the elevator besides laughing kiddos who we loved hearing. Overall it was the perfect place for our family. The only thing we didn’t love was the hot water ran out fairly quickly when showering 4 kids and two adults but that’s nothing to really complain about. Parking was a bit tight but the lot across the way was spacious. The host was great with communication!

The location to the beach, promenade, and shops and restaurants was perfect. Every thing in short walking distance. The condo was comfortable and fully accommodating and exceptionally clean upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the serf from the balcony. Access to locations via the boardwalk made it easier to get around...especially to get our waffle cone treats.We didn't realize the volleyball tournament was scheduled the first weekend that we arrived. We welcomed the calm after the noisy crowds left the beach.

We had a great stay at this property. It was located within walking distance to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend if you heading to Seaside.

Great location

We had a very enjoyable time staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an awesome view of the beach and it’s just a two minute walk to the beach. It’s also a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again!

My wife has a very stressful job and the beach is her therapy! This location has a great view and it is right along the promenade, which makes for easy walks on the beach. We had a great time.

Seaside rainy getaway!

Despite the rain, we had a terrific time! Even the ocean in the rain is magical plus Seaside had plenty of attractions to keep us happily occupied for 3 days. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus a great view!

Fabulous View and Fabulous Location

We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the ocean and the rain. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Seaside for shops, the carousel mall and restaurants. Three beds for 3 adults was perfect; they were very comfortable.

Overall a wonderful stay! View is amazing. Clean except for the dishes in the cupboard. Guessing last person that stayed put the dishes in the dishwasher but didn’t turn it on. Cleaning crew just emptied it without looking.

Great location

Beautiful view, great location, spacious condo. Everything was very clean and tidy! You can tell the condo, fixtures, and appliances are old, but only because of the style. It was a bit like a time capsule, and I mean that in the most positive way. We loved it! We were shocked that everything looked so great and nicely kept. We highly recommend this place!
