The room had a loft with two chairs, so, if you climb the stairs, you can see the view. Unfortunately, everything that could not work in my room, did not work and staff argued with me about. Just wasn't a good experience all around.

Rooms were nice, overall stay was really pleasant. The hallways to the rooms felt pretty snug. Lots of construction going on & they verbalized this to us well in advance. But that meant dirty entry ways & loud noise most of the day along with caution tape & trying to navigate what was open/what wasn’t. Overall didn’t affect our stay or vacation. Once upgrades are completed I’m sure this will be a beautiful place to stay.

When booking my stay I was not informed the property was under construction. We were woke up early in the morning by noise from construction workers, there was a construction worker who had a saw hang from a rope going thru a doorway, the entrance doors didn't open at one point and we had motion for another guest to get a employee to let us in. The hotel looks nothing like it is represented in the photos.

We had an ocean/beach view balcony room with a king bed and it was wonderful and right on the Seaside Promenade. The hotel is currently under renovation but that didn’t restrict us in our enjoyment and look forward to returning again in the future to see what the inside and outside look like when they are completed. Front desk team were lively, great and communicative! Husband used the gym and could see the ocean from there too.

Nothing was enjoyable about this hotel we got the most expensive room and it wasn’t even one that was renovated. The person that checked us in was rude and when we asked for another towel she got snippy with us and said do we really need another towel. The bath tub in our room had brown liquid running down from the spout and the back door didn’t lock. I felt very unsafe. The bed was also hard as a rock and caused me and my husband sever pain in our backs. I will not be returning until they finish their renovations even then I might not even return.

We had a great time. the hot tub went down our second night, and they were trying to get it fixed. They were doing some construction, but they did not start until after 8 so it was not bad.

We had a room on the second floor, but no direct ocean view. The hotel was undergoing a remodel, which was annoying but not as bad as it could be. We forgot a few items when leaving. Called and located the items, but nobody knew how to get the items to us, so the advice was to come back and get them, or call back in a couple of days when the manager would be there. (We just bought new items.) Overall, it was relaxing and very close to everything. Parking is included!

The staff were helpful when my key card stopped worked randomly and when the virtual check out wasn’t confirmed. The room was fine, basic. Found some garbage between the wardrobe & TV stand thing. The thermostat was not working correctly so the heater was on when it shouldn’t have been. The hot and cold water for the shower were backwards. Definitely bring ear plugs to sleep. You can hear everything in the next room. Also, some people were hanging out in the parking garage playing music and skating until at least 11:30 PM and the noise echoed pretty loud. Noticed there was trash on the steps leading out from the stairwell everyday. Very dingy vibe. Hopefully things improve when construction finishes.

Michael at check-in helped us upgrade our room to a partial ocean view for a modest fee. Thank you, Michael! The hot tub needed cleaning. I was told it had been drained and filled twice. I noted that I have a hot tub at home, and the quality of water I saw in the hotel hot tub would clog the filters and that it was not clean. The front desk lady started she was looking into it [improving the cleanliness]. Kids were still playing in the pool well after the 10 p.m. last call for kids to exit the pool. Some parents continued staring at their phones rather than parenting and following directions. Loved having a large kitchenette in the room. Although this hotel is under renovation for another year, the construction did not distract from having a good time!

Really nice place had no issues my 9 month old and 3 year old slept just fine and enjoyed the beach. The neighbors also didn’t mind us so this is a great place to take kids. 24hr pool too which is super cool and yummy complimentary coffee!
