Beach vacation

Great view, great location, very roomy

We enjoyed our stay in Seaside however they should add black out curtains in the bedroom. The bedroom was very bright from the lights of the parking lot. Decided to try the murphy bed due to the brightness in the bedroom from outside lights. The bedspread had not been cleaned from previous guests and was covered in sand. We removed all the bedding so that it was clear that all of it should be washed.

Great beach view

Very happy with this rental. We did have some trouble getting in but only took About 30 minutes to sort out over the phone.The main bed is rough. Everything else was great. Comfortable seats and well stocked dishes.I would rent again.

Perfect Location

With a gorgeous view of the ocean and positioned right on the promenade, this was a great location to relax and get some walking in too. The interior could use a little upgrading but everything worked fine. Would stay again.

Never Again!

Proprrty was old, beds were awful, black mold in one bathroom. The posting of the place was not what it was in reality. Upon arrival the lock gor the door wouldn't work and we waited one hour in the rain for the host to open. Checkout was at 10, not 11 a.stat

Great view- needs updates

The view and location is worth the rest of it but I value people’s reviews and would like to have know this about the property. It needs to be updated and decluttered. The bedrooms main bed is bad and had stained sheets so we slept in the hide-a-bed that was better. Kitchen items are old and I had to clean before using. The deck and view made it worth it. The carpet is stained and towels old but again not the end of the world just for the cost with all the fees it seemed like it would be a bit nicer inside.

4th of July Family Trip

We had a great time. The condo was perfect distance from downtown and all the 4th of July activities. Perfect view of firework show and people watching. The place was clean and right on the boardwalk and with easy access to the beach. Make sure to bring your own coffee for the keurig. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location!

Great location & cozy place. I would suggest additional towels and there were no linens for the pull out couch or pull out bed. Plenty of blankets though.

Beautiful grounds easy beach access

The unit was as described/pictured. Lovely view! Just 1-3 blocks S of Broadway (turnaround). Our adult daughter joined us and the Murphy Bed was comfortable, but the bedding seemed haphazardly tossed into the linen closet and had a bunch of fragrance packets to cover something? The faucets were difficult to regulate, it’s probably on the maintenance list? The place was clean and kitchen well appointed. Great View of the Prom from the inside and the nice private lanai/sliding door was well maintained & windows clean! Would rent again for two due to the Murphy bed.

Decent location. Decent view. Could have been nicer for the price.

Overall this was decent. Not great. Not terrible. Decent. The bed was hard as a rock, so if you’re looking for a comfortable bed this isn’t a good choice. In spite of having a full-size water heater, the hot water ran out after about 20 minutes in the shower. The sliding glass door onto the balcony wouldn’t stay on the track which made it very difficult to open and close. It definitely needs to be replaced. The digital lockbox didn’t work, so we had to call for an alternate way to enter. They resolved the issue quickly, but it was an annoyance that wasn’t welcome after a full afternoon of driving. While the location was great, the unit did not meet our expectations for what we paid. We would probably only stay here again if it were a last option.

The weather was beautiful couldn't have had better ...

Great location... Some dishes were dirty had to wash, so I guess they don't check the dishes coming out of the washer that was the 👎 about our stay also the refreg. Was dirt on the outside and I brought my wipes the wipe everything down...

Great location on the beach in Seaside and minutes away from shopping.

Property had everything we needed to cook, which is what we did to save eating out money so we could shop more for Christmas presents. Wife loved the idea!

Overall fine

The sliding screen door was broken which is crucial during the summer months to get some air into the unit Also the cleaning service forgot to empty the clean dishes out of the dishwasher. Overall the unit was clean but some lose hairs were found in the bathrooms upon arrival
