Spend your mornings with a five-minute walk to the beach, then stroll just ten minutes to downtown to discover local shops, restaurants, breweries, and family-friendly attractions. Whether you're building sandcastles, enjoying a sunset walk along the Promenade, or relaxing in the comfort of your private backyard, this home is the perfect place to create lasting coastal memories.

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.
