Great location in quiet neighborhood with views of water and everything you could want from shopping to grocery stores nearby. Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur are a close drive away. The property was nice and fit our needs for our stay. We felt safe and comfortable. There are just a few things to know before arriving that we had to find out when we got there, the knobs in the bathrooms are backwards, the dryer in the house didn't work, and there is no air conditioning. We did meet the owners when we arrived back at the house after an outing and they were very friendly and helpful. Over all it was a good experience.

Rooms were clean, the kitchen was spacious, and all utensils were clean. The location did not give a vacation feel as I had expected. The queen beds were comfortable, and the twin beds were not comfortable. The access to the house was good. Overall, I would rate 3.5 stars based on amenities, location, and most importantly, price
