This home has very comfortable beds and all the necessities of a beach house. It's location is great (if you don't mind a 3-5 walk to the beach), as it is across from a park and on a quiet street. It is close enough to the main highway through town, but far enough away from the downtown core to be peaceful at night. It is a 15 minute walk down the promenade to get to downtown which is a great way to take in the views and walk off all that chowder.
The house is way over decorated and all the clutter kinda gets in the way. We found it best to move everything that was breakable (and there was a lot) to the safety of a closet.
The fireplace needs repair. The pilot light needs to be painstakingly lite with a BBQ lighter every time you want to enjoy a fire, which entails removing the front glass, screens, and even a faux log, to get at it. Then fiddling with the knobs, using a sharp tool to manually start the flow of gas, adjusting it once it is on, and then reassembling the whole thing.
Parking is tight, but there is space for 3 cars off the street, and the house is stocked with every game you might need.
