Steps to the beach, but no steps to enter this 2 bedroom 1 bath unit of a 4-unit condo, sleeps 7, beach passes for 4 adult included, laundry, Wi-Fi, outdoor rinse off station, spacious shared backyard with your own patio set and grill, 1 off-street assigned parking and short walk to boardwalk from this family-friendly neighborhood. Bedroom 1 - pillow-top queen bed, bedroom 2 - twin pop-up trundle bed and futon, with pillow top mattress pad provided plus living room includes sofa sleeper.

Clean, easy-breezy

My family (2 adults, 2 children ages 11 and 6) enjoyed staying at this location. The host is friendly and prompt and answering all questions and addressing any concerns. The condo is clean and easy to maintain; All items available for use in the condo were clearly marked.
