「The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources.」

「The home was very nice but as others have stated the creaking of the floors upstairs is CRAZY! It was advertised that there was no street parking but that there was parking for 2 cars. There were planter boxes on one side of the driveway and the garage was such a tight squeeze if you pulled the car in the people on one side of the car could not get out. I would recommend removing the planter boxes as they really serve no purpose but to take up a parking spot.」

「This place was very nice with a great view, very spacious, very clean. only problem that we had was in the 2nd bedroom the two twin beds in there were as hard as a ROCK!!!!!! They were un-sleepable!!!! Two of us had to sleep on the nice long couch that they had, so for the money it was soooo sad that the two twin beds were no useable..... Other then that the place was 5 stars.」
