The hotel location is good. It is close to metro and Pike Place Market. Lobby staff were nice and helpful. However, the room was older than we expected from photos... the shower water flow was weak. Will prefer other hotel choices
The location is fine, but facility is a bit old. Also I was assigned to accesible toilet, where there is no toilet cover, feel so bad about it. The hand held sprinkler also did not has much water coming out, not sure if it needs some maintenance or not. Generally the staff is nice, it is the hardware ...
