Its 97 walk score makes it a walker’s paradise, offering unparalleled access to grocery stores, fine dining, boutique stores, parks and attractions. Getting around town cannot be easier, either: multiple bus routes are within arms reach. The apartment is very close to Fremont, gas work park, great restaurant, grocery stores, Woodland Park zoo, UW etc.

I had oral surgery scheduled for early on a Friday and my son's 17th bday happened to be the same day so I made the best of it and got this house. It was the best!! Right next to but away from all the things. We had such a great stay thank you Ravi!!!

Great location, great owner
We had two couples staying at the place and it was a big hit. We were visiting relatives in the Wallingford neighborhood and this location is central to everything. It made getting around very convenient. The apartment is well appointed and very clean and the owner was available at all times during our stay. We found the apartment quiet and cozy, just what we were looking for. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Very nice apartment. Very clean and quiet. Bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. On site washer and dryer was very convenient. Plenty of street parking. Close to grocery store. Will be using this rental again for next visit.
