Great Place to Stay in the Capitol Hill/Central District Area

Booked Jianhua's townhome for my family and they were really impressed with how clean the place was and the space. Jianhua is very proactive with communication and was extremely friendly to deal with. Location is great and in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking available. Would highly recommend anyone book this place!

Lovely home

It's a very well set up house with all the things we need. Enough rooms for me and my friends. Lovely neighbourhood to walk around. We enjoyed our stay very much:)

Sparse but mostly comfortable

Kitchen is very meagerly accommodating. Kitchen is also tiny. Coffee maker is Keurig which would have been nice to know since we brought ground coffee for the stated “coffee machine.” It also would have been nice to know it’s a short distance from the main drag but down a HUGE hill. Host was very responsive.

It was ok

Check in went smooth. Advertised as air conditioned but this comes with a caveat. Only 1 in the living room, house was 24-25c with fans around. Manager worked with us to get a 2nd air conditioner for 2nd night but kept blowing the breaker. So didn’t necessarily get what we felt we paid for. Felt a little misled with this. Manager worked with us a refunded us 7% of our booking. Everything else as advertised.
