Totally recommend. Had a guys trip to catch a baseball and soccer game. Honestly the sound of the bar below didn't even impact our sleep because the mattresses were amazing! Will be going back in the future!

Nice place, neighborhood is a little sketchy

Great place. Enjoyed the location as it was close to walk to places. The neighborhood was cool and trendy, however, it has tons of police activity, fights outside, and very limited parking.

This was a perfect place for myself and 4 friends to stay during our annual friend trip.

This property is located in the pioneer square area. Lots of food and bar options located very central to everything in downtown. Really enjoyed the property and communication with the rental agency was quick, clean, and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Woman Out on the Town

This was an awesome apartment in an area that was super walkable and had easy access to fun places for multiple nights out on the town. The kitchen, sitting rooms, dining area and bedrooms were spacious and clean and so comfortable for all of us to just relax and hang out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some great nightlife while in Seattle!

Our family of 4 enjoyed an immersive stay in the great city of Seattle. The apartment and location were perfect. The bar downstairs was loud but we brought earplugs and didn’t have an issue.

Clean modern home

Pleasantly surprised with this clean modern home located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Near shops, restaurants all that downtown has to offer. The home was equipped with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the back patio was a plus! We were very happy with our stay.

Nice spot over the holidays

Bring ear plugs as the bar downstairs is loud and the sound carries into all the bedrooms. Great spot easy to get to and in walking distance of all that down town seattle can offer. The space was very cozy and the light from the tall windows was appreciated. Great choices for food, coffee, and shopping in all directions.

Close to Lumen Field

We really liked how close this place was to all the things we planned to do. Walking distance to Lumen field, Pikes market and lots of shops/restaurants. However, the bar below it is LOUD at night. They play music well after 2AM to the point where we had to wear headphones in order to be able to sleep. Pioneer square is directly in front of the building as well and it’s full of homeless people.

Awesome spot right in the heart of the city!

We took the train in and didn't have to get into a vehicle all weekend. Everything is walkable and you'll never run out of stuff to do in the area. The loft is comfy and quirky. Be aware that it is in an area that never sleeps. There is always something going on, but that's exactly what I was looking for!

Loft is very cozy and spacious with nice amenities. The bar directly below is very seedy and blasted loud aggressive music literally until 3-4 am every night we stayed there. It was impossible to get a decent nights sleep due to this and kind of ruined the stay unfortunately.
