Seattle stay

Property was nice in a great location. Dishwasher was not working and outside garbage cans were already full when we arrived. No place for our garbage. Overall it was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location with a few improvements

Overall the location was good and the property was okay. We did run into issues figuring out the various heaters throughout the property and the temperature in the house was very low when we arrived (60F or about 14C), batteries were low on two smoke detectors and beeping periodically so we had to replace them, and the dishwasher and microwave didn’t work for the duration of the stay. The property was clean otherwise and spacious for 3 of us. Parking was available on the street and often there was an available spot.

Not a good property for seniors

This is a clean, new property. The owner uses an Aadvark Partners system that is not a standard VRBO system. We couldn’t upload required documents, we received no communication. As a result, payments were not being automatically paid. It is a good property for young people. It is not conducive for seniors. The beds are almost on the ground. There are no chairs or nightstands in the bedroom. The kitchen has only four high stools. Both hand held showers had issues and the kitchen faucet was leaking. Overall, it is like a very nice college apartment.

Vincent was very communicative. The place was very clean and set up perfectly for guests. Very easy access to the park, the light rail, and Beacon Hill has many restaurants in walking distance.
