Bright and charming 1927 Brick Tudor conveniently located near everything Ballard, Phinney Ridge, Fremont, and Green Lake have to offer.

Four bedrooms, each with a KING bed and 43” TV.

Primary suite upstairs has spacious bathroom en-suite and walk-in closet.

Main floor bedroom and kitchen open right to enormous back deck.

This property was just as described and served us well. We came to town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding, and needed a home to hold us, our daughters godmother and our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. The three level setup worked perfectly, especially with a bathroom on each level. The owner was extremely helpful during our entire stay.

This is a wonderful house to stay in. Clean and homey with all the amenities you need. The beds are VERY comfortable and we all got great sleep. The gas fireplace was perfect for the chilly rainy Seattle weather. I highly recommend and would stay here again on my next visit.

Spacious home, great windows, large patio

This house has bedrooms on three floors. Note that the top floor is warm in summer and the basement cool! There are w/ds on the top and bottom floors, and a kitchen in the basement as well. Kitchen is well-equipped. Back patio is huge. Sam was very responsive.

Great Time in Ballard

What a lovely, comfortable stay in this sweet home. Extremely clean with all the necessities and comforts of home. A wonderful host with informative guest instructions and a terrific old Seattle neighborhood close to so many fun things to do. We were amazed how fast we could get downtown or to the airport once we had traffic figured out. Definitely would stay here again! Our group of 8 fit so well because there are 3 levels for sleeping arrangements. PS LOVED the showers. Great water pressure. Especially downstairs. That was a treat!!
