Guests have private access to the main level and the side yard.

- Master bedroom comes with queen bed and attached 0.5 bath
- 2 Bedroom with Queen bed
- 3 Bedroom has daybed with trundle and TV. TV can be moved as required provided gues is careful with moving it,
- 1 full Bathroom
- Full kitchen with basic amenities provided (Coffee maker, pots, utensils, etc)
- Separate Washer and Dryer available on main level
- Patio with sitting
- Side yard ( accessible from outside door next to the garage) - is totally private for guest access.
- Street parking is available out front. Garage or driveway is usually occupied. guest can use the driveway to park if communicated specifically.
Interaction with guests
A small family lives downstairs with separate entrance. Please do not disturb them for anything. If any questions, reach out to me any time and message me in advance for special needs, no promises but will try my best.
Other things to note
Step out your front door and within minutes, you can be at: QFC, Trader Joe s, Safe Way Edmonds Community College, coffee shops and parks, public transit within 5-10 min of walking. Downtown Edmonds , beautiful Puget Sound beach and the Edmonds ferry (20 minute ferry ride over to Kingston), the Amtrak train station to take you to Seattle (a beautiful experience) - all that with in 5 - 15 min of drive. you can also easily get Uber and Lyft around the neighborhood. A metro transit bus stop within a 2 min walk from the house, which provides easy commute to Edmonds downtown , Seattle , Bellevue.
