Please note that the basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. Vrbo should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests"

* SAME DAY BOOKING *
We are happy to accommodate same day bookings! However please check in ahead with us on available check in time for same day bookings only.

* CHECK IN & CHECK OUT *
Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available.

* NO SHOES INSIDE *
Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!

* NO SMOKING *
Please do not smoke inside our home or within 20 ft of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee.

* QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM *
Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!

* NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS*
We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)

* TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS *
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.

* LOST & FOUND *
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :)

- We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!

- Pets on a case by case basis depending on how well trained!

Our house is located on a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.
