This was a great rental everything was in order, great commication, easy to find and everything was labeled! Which i found that to be be very helpful! Well-done. The only thing I would recommend is adding a toaster oven for people that dont like to microwave due to radiation.

Everything was great! We have stayed in a number of VRBO’s in the area to visit our son and this is the best. Clean, great location to Ballard, coffee shop and restaurants so close, nice neighborhood (safe). The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, well equipped and quiet. We met Monica and she is a sweetheart.

Our stay was perfect. Just the right amount of space. Very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Our host was most accommodating and provided immediate answers to our questions. Our only issue was the TV - couldn't figure it out! Lol.

We had a wonderful one night stay in Ballard. I was looking for a comfortable spot for my mom who uses a walker. The parking spot was very close to the entrance.
The space was clean and well stocked. We only stayed one night so we didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything you’d need to cook meals.
The bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic! We loved the little notes everywhere about how to dim lights inside. The beds were comfortable. The owners even had the sofa bed made out for us as we had three people. It was a wonderful touch.
Communication was easy and so was check out. I would love to stay here again!

Stayed here with my significant other and we had a great time. Our plane was delayed, but the self check in process was easy and flexible. The place itself was great— clean, spacious, and had a great little patio out back. Location is walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Would stay here again!

Clean and modern/almost industrial design - comfy bed and nice k-ette. Small private back yard filled with loads of greenery and flowers. Eco friendly touches like the hot water recirculating for the bathroom! Overall really nice and comfy. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

The Most Comfortable Bed in Ballard
July marks the three year anniversary of staying here when I visit my family in Ballard. As always, Monica and Mario were great: welcoming and responsive. My granddaughters stopped by and enjoyed the toys and I slept so well on that big, comfy bed. See you soon!

This is the perfect little studio. Decorated nicely, everything we needed was provided. Coffee & cream with a Keurig, shampoo, cream rinse and lotion was provided. The king size bed was very comfortable. Thank you so very much.

I've stayed at several different Ballard rentals, and this is BY FAR the best one I've encountered. Spacious, including private back yard. Decorated with style. Clear directions for everything...and everything provided, from stove to writing desk to kitchen table to Netflix and TV. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location could not be better, just steps away from the heart of Ballard and all the shops, restaurants and energy, while it is still on a quiet street. The walkability factor is exceptional...and I spend several hours walking in several different directions. First class and 5 stars.
