Live like a local at City Haven III! Two bedroom, one bath, ~ 800 sq ft daylight basement apartment (76" ceilings) in 1920s Craftsman home. Completely renovated and ready for your arrival!

Built in response to the popularity of our other City Haven Listing (VRBO 741854- upper apartment unit of this home).

Centrally located between the popular Fremont, Green Lake and Wallingford neighborhoods and just a 7-10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. City Haven III is your home base to explore the city.
