    Built in response to the popularity of our other City Haven Listing (VRBO 741854- upper apartment unit of this home).

    Centrally located between the popular Fremont, Green Lake and Wallingford neighborhoods and just a 7-10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. City Haven III is your home base to explore the city.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was good and we had plenty of space for four of us. It was also very nice having parking off of the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent and we highly recommend staying here! I want to highlight when we contacted Teresa about excessive loud noise until 2-3 am with the upstairs guests, she was responsive and effective as it subsided considerably the following days. We understand guests’ behaviors can often be outside of the host’s control, but Teresa handled it like a champ and we appreciate the efforts. She was attentive and accommodating each day we stayed here, possibly among the top host I’ve had the pleasure of working with!

Perfect and comfortable spot when exploring Seattle area. Very close to public transportation and walking distance to restaurants and grocery store to stock up before heading to parks. Ceilings are low, but husband who is 6’3” fit just fine. He did have to be cognizant of doorways, but was certainly able to manage. Host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location if you use public transit or if you travel via car. Very well appointed lower level suite. Nothing is missing, just like being at home. Teresa is a very attentive host. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot to rest after long days of sightseeing. Very short drive into DT Seattle (Seattle Center). The Fremont Troll is only 10 blocks away!!Had ever amenity we needed. And the low ceilings didn't bother us (5'4", 5'6" and 5'8").Neighborhood is quite. Even though it's on a busy street (46th Ave), we didn't hear traffic.

The house was wonderful, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, convenient location. The host was great and very communicative throughout our stay. Parking is a little tight if both spots are in use.

Very cute, comfy 2 bedroom stay. Basement level but plenty of windows and light (just a somewhat low ceiling so I'm glad my 6'3" hubby wasn't with me). Kitchen is small but we didn't cook so it didn't matter. Convenient location, great coffee shop/eatery (Baskette) within walking distance. Parking is tight but doable.

This was a very clean and well stocked duplex. All the utensils and dishes you could need are there. Fridge and microwave are adequate and the coffee maker works well.

This place was the best. I traveled with my husband and two children. It is farore spacious than the pictures indicate. It has two nicely sized bedrooms, both with plenty of closet space - one even has a walk in closet! Lots of little nice touches with games, cards, etc. Location is perfect! We could drive to everything and walk to so many things. The neighbourhood is so nice to walk, such interesting homes and buildings, such character everywhere. The unit stayed nice and cool, it felt very safe. Teresa was very easy to communicate with and provided so many great recommendations of where to eat, what to do and see. We would come back in a heartbeat!
