Sarah was a very responsive host. The property was clean, quiet, well equipped (the kitchen, in particular, had very nice glasses, dishware and cooking equipment ) and well located. I would definitely book it again.

Everything was great, easy check in. Location was perfect we could walk just about everywhere. The condo was clean, modern and just all around delightful. Perfect Home Base in Seattle!

My family had such a wonderful time in Seattle and having this cute clean condo to end each of our days was another added bonus. Sarah our host was very friendly and even kept us posted on weather alerts. The condo was spacious and beds were great! So much detail was put into making sure guest have everything they need, like makeup remover towels and even extra phone charger. The location of this condo was another added bonus. Ballard has great parks and restaurants within walking distance of this condo. It also comes with parking which is crucial when visiting the Seattle area. We visited Downtown Seattle, MT Rainier, and the San Juan Islands. We loved ending our days by buying some soup at the market down the street and talking about our day. This is a perfect place for a family of four!
