Cozy up with family around the firepit outside this 2 bedroom/1 bath residential home in a quiet secluded street in Seattle. Home is surrounded by trees and nature yet conveniently located to all amenities Seattle has to offer. Bus stop to several routes is only a 4 minute walk and light rail is a 11 minute walk.

We had a great stay while we had many events booked in the Seattle area. The location was great to get where we needed to go. Either Seattle city center, Renton or Sammamish. House was comfortable, clean and nicely stocked. Would certainly stay here again.

Cute and cozy, private gated yard for parking and chilling.

Was better than I expected from the pictures. Privacy and great yard for chilling and parking up to 6 cars if needed.

Older house

Couldn’t get in without assistance with the code. House has older musty smell I went and bought a scent plug in that helped. The fridge smells bad(could use a box of baking soda). The coffee Kurig didn’t work so no coffee could be made there. There were little sugar ants coming from the Outlet in the bathroom every time the lights were turned off and the main bedroom bed is slanted from the floor so it feels like your sleeping on your head. I slept sideways.

We came to celebrate a birthday. Access to the train and bus is close… the transportation is efficient. It’s a residential neighborhood, nice and quiet. There is a supermarket and a RiteAid within walking distance. The home was clean and stocked. The manager responded quickly to our inquiries.

Property was great and owner was very communicative. I think the only issue was the neighborhood dogs barking throughout the night on some nights. Otherwise its a good spot and only 12 min walk to grocery/food and train station.

Great Trip To Seattle

We stayed here while exploring Seattle, Tacoma and Redmond. The house was clean and had everything we needed. While we were visiting, the temperatures we quite hot and in the low 90s on a couple of days. The Owner provided us with a window ac unit. Overall this was a great place to stay.
