Spacious and quiet 5 bedroom home

A beautifully designed home nestled at the end of a serene driveway, away from the street. This spacious residence boasts an impressive formal dining room, two gourmet kitchens, and a cozy family room. Equipped with central heating and air conditioning, it offers comfort year-round. Conveniently located near Saint Edward State Park, Microsoft, Amazon offices, University of Washington, and downtown Seattle. A perfect blend of elegance, functionality, and an ideal location.

There are 5 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms.

This property is set within a three-story building, featuring two distinct units. The five-bedroom reservation occupies the main and upper floors and is conveniently accessible through an entrance on the eastern side of the building. The mother-in-law unit is positioned on the lower level, with its entrance located on the western side of the building. It's important to note that these two units are entirely separate from each other and have separate driveways leading to their respective entrances.

Great Stay!

Comfortable, clean home, plenty of supplies and linens in the house. We had two families of five with adult children staying here and it was plenty of space for us to gather. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Family wedding

We were so happy to spend our long weekend together in this lovely house. Lots of room for a big group to hang together. The kitchen was well stocked, although we took advantage of the closeness to great restaurants. The beds and sheets were VERY comfy. Only complaint would be only one TV with spotty reception, but Susu was very responsive and a great host

Large & clean home

5 large bedrooms. Very clean house with minimal modest furnishings. Surprisingly found salt mistakenly in the sugar container. Owner stopped by on Saturday at 10:30am unexpected. Everyone raved about how wonderfully comfortable their bed pillows were. They were from IKEA. The location was very close to St Edwards’s park where the wedding reception was held. We enjoyed our stay!

Pros & Cons

My growing family and I rented this large home so we could wake up together Christmas morning and have room to spend the holiday together. I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness, & checkin/out procedures. That being said I would like to give you some specific Pro's, & Cons. PRO's; large bedrooms, kitchen and great formal dining room with large family sized table. Beds were a bit firm but reasonably comfortable & we appreciated one of the bedrooms being on the main floor. CON's: There were an exorbitant amount of house rules, including no shoes inside, limiting alcohol consumption (which isn't a problem for us but seems extreem)& No friends are allowed to stop by for dinner or short visit, just to name a few. Also, even though we are charged a substantial cleaning fee, we were asked to take all garbages outside through the yard & around the far side of the house to a garbage can, with any extra garbage down 2 flights of stairs to garage, we were asked to strip beds of all linens, place all towels in upstairs shower, & load dishwasher, as well as, wash large dishes by hand. I have rented several Vrbo's in the past & never had to worry about linens or towels. We planned to cook & feed our family of 10 with a holiday brunch & dinner which turned into a bit of headache due to the lack of large pots, bowls, baking dishes, or even a pancake turner. Definitely could use a few basic seasonings being stocked ie; salt & pepper, and maybe some napkins ( paper towels were provided) Thankfully we bought paper plates or we would not have been able to accommodate our family meals. The Couches in the living room were very old, worn, brokedown and uncomfortable, basically unusable. The beds each had one comforter on them and 4 very soft pillows, There were no extra pillows, blankets or throw blankets which would have been nice. In conclusion, I thought I would leave these specifics for whomever rented this home next so they could prepare for the lack of things that are usually common in other Vrbo's. Overall we really enjoyed our time together in a big beautiful home. Thank you.

Great location and layout

The property was spacious and comfortable. When we arrived we discovered that a tenant lives in the lower unit connected via a locked door to our unit. My wife was not totally comfortable with this but after talking to Susu our landlord, she explained the person is a long term tenant and the door is locked on both sides. We thought it would have been nice to include that in the description of the property. But it was not an issue and we just continued our stay without any worries. The place is conveniently located to a number of things that were of interest to us in The Woodinville area line the Sophia Institute, vineyards and downtown. Susu was very responsive and made our stay comfortable. Place is great for families. We will definitely come again as we comeback couple of times a year to the area.

Very comfortable stay for larger group

Easy checkin and checkout and property was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning didn't work very well but thankfully it was cool enough with weather. This would have been issue otherwise as noted when we got there not to put it below 74.
