The hotel provides kitchen utensils and tableware. I asked the staff several times, but they didn't give them to me. The attitude is also very bad. I don't know why? The next day I went to ask for kitchen utensils again, and another employee received me and gave me tableware and tableware. During the three days of staying in the hotel, there was no breakfast coffee. I thought I was going too late, past coffee time. So I went to drink coffee after 9 o'clock in the morning, but there was still no coffee. The staff said that the coffee had been put away.

Good choice for free-traveller
The hotel is not located around hot sightseeing spots, so if you want to arrange an intense sightseeing schedule then I do not recommend. However, if you can rent a car to drive and want to have a free travel, this hotel is a good choice. There are a variety of stores in Factorial mall just next to it. There are japanese, chinese, midterrance, vietnam food...etc, also american and asia style supermarkets, so you can buy many essential things you want. The highways are also next to it, so it is convenient to drive to downtown Seattle, Bellevue square, UW, international dist, or move to south, Mt. Rainier...etc.

這家旅館的優點是位置十分便利且價格方面在Bellevue 這區有著非常高的優勢。 我必須聲明,我並不討厭這間飯店,但我認為他有很多改善的空間。 這趟西雅圖是家庭旅行,如果再讓我選一次,我會願意花2倍的錢帶我的家人去住更好的(或是評價更高的)旅館。也因為他的價格是當初考量的因素之一,所以在入住後我並沒有特別抱怨—除了整潔衛生這部分。 1.房間的濕氣跟霉味很重,必須一直開著空調來降低不適感。 2.這是一個有提供簡易廚房與餐具的旅館,但並不是所有的餐具與廚具都直接擺在房間裡,你必須到前檯拿,而一部分已經放置在房間裏的餐具,是有點油膩的。 3.這是一間有提供自助洗衣的飯店,飯店的洗衣機與烘衣機各必須投入2塊,也就是總共4塊、總共16個25分(機器只接受quarter )。但住宿期間我洗了兩次衣服,兩次櫃台都告訴我沒辦法換零錢(甚至第二次洗衣時我缺四個quarter,櫃台也告訴我沒有辦法)。 好的,我能理解可能真的沒有零錢,可能是真的連四個25分都沒有,但如果沒有辦法換零錢,為何不在機器旁邊放個刷卡機呢?旅館提供販賣飲料與零食的販賣機都能刷卡,洗衣機與烘衣機卻不行,這顯得有些諷刺。 同時,自助洗衣的環境也挺髒亂的,我就不多說明了。 再一次聲明,我並不討厭這間飯店,我和我的家人並沒有因為這次的住宿體驗而不開心,我們一樣度過了美好的假期。 但我認為他有很多改善的空間,尤其是整潔的部分。

I booked this hotel for my friends from oversea. When we checked in at the front desk, compares to the one in Bellevue Downtown, the front dest was not friendly, dressed quite sloppy, poke faced, remind me the old cheap 1/2 star motels in north seattle. After my friends checked into the room, I asked the guy if I can use the restroom next to the front desk, I got the answer that the restroom was for the employees. This guy again had forgot he was running a 2.5 star hotel, not a slum gas station or 1/2 star motel. Actually I have never seen a 2+ star doesn't allow their cutomer to use a restroom when he is in the need. Like the other hotels in this franchise, customers have to bring the breakfast to their room to eat. But this facility is very spreading out, with no elevator, it's a hassle to bring the breakfast into the room. At the north side of the parking lot, even the 1st floor is high up with long stair. THe elders have to carry their heavy luggages to go up the stair, without a ramp (or the ramp is at a corner which is not noticable). The Days Inn nearby only have humble one star, but it's much better in terms of service, convenience, facility and etc.

1. 前台职员不够职业化,给我们办入住大约花了一个多小时。在办完手续之后,前台职员不给我们房卡,而是转去给别人办入住。等别人办完拿房卡走了之后,才把房卡交给我们。整个办理入住过程大约花了一个半小时。 2. 我在expedia已经付费了,但在酒店前台说查不到信息,又要求我们在酒店重新刷卡付费。 3. 进房间后,到处找不到垃圾桶。后来在洗手间的洗手盆下面的柜子里找到了唯一一个垃圾桶,但里面全部是垃圾,没有处理。感觉非常不卫生。 整体入住体验不佳。

The hotel is not what we thought. 1. location isn't bad if you like hearing the interstate. 2. They ask minors for identification (not ok). 3. The toilet flushes or cycles every hour. 4. You hear banging all night. 5. Their free breakfast is tiny stale muffins, oatmeal in a coffee cup and 1 type of coffee. 6. Beds are very stiff. 7. Door handle to enter doesn't open by pushing handle down, you have to push up and push hard to open. 8. AC doesn't really cool the room. 9. The morning staff were not welcoming. When asking desk about breakfast i had to ask twice and want even meet with the gentleman looking up at me, i got " Ya thats it there". The hotel is good for those who come in late and leave early with no need for accomidations or amenities.

My original room was dirty and had an awful smell, like someone had burned incenses or something in the room. I was then moved into another room that was also dirty. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights and ended up checking out early. They tried to decline refunding me for the second night but thankfully I had purchased trip protection from Expedia and was able to get a full refund.

The place is nice but the service /staff was horrible. The staff helped us to check in is definitely an Asian hate. First of all, she insisted that we came to the wrong hotel before asking my name to look at reservation. After I gave her the Expedia reservation of 2 rooms, she insisted that the reservation was not in the system. Then she said she can find reservations for 1 room but not 2 rooms. And then she said even with the reservation, she still cannot check us in because she found out one of us didn’t bring ID, even though the rest of three have IDs. That’s the worst experience I have ever had since I immigrated to U.S. in 2011.

Light went out in the bathroom the first morning I was there, and the lightbulb was not replaced until late afternoon the next day. Maintenance person who changed the lightbulb also replaced the window screen which had inexplicably not been in the window, but left the window open and unlocked so the room was freezing, not to mention the security issue of leaving the window open while I was gone. Have stayed here in the past but never again.
