Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well-appointed condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking with the permit was very close and no problem. Excellent location to walk to whatever you need, as well.

Fantastic/functional.

Such a nice place to come back to after my long days. I was in town for a training in Fremont. The loft was perfect. Tons of places to get dinner nearby and the grocery was also very close. The bed was super comfy, and there wasn’t too much noise!

Cutest loft!

Excellent place for a couple it a small family to enjoy!

We loved the layout of the place. It gives an open loft feel. The automatic drapes were a convenient touch for privacy and sunlight. It was a great location for local restaurants and businesses. Not very far from downtown Seattle.

This place was great. Clean, great neighborhood, and amazing views from the rooftop. The only small issue was that the check in instructions didn't make it clear where to park or which unit #, which was a minor inconvenience.

Perfect proximity to transit, and a grocery store right across the street. Absolutely perfect for my needs. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and organized. The furnishings are modern, clean, and stylish and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time my travels bring me to Seattle!

Summer Road Trip

I brought my kids to Seattle on a road trip to break up the summer. This condo was in a great location with an amazing cafe right at the corner and a grocery store a block or so away. It is close to the bus line that takes you straight to downtown and offered a peaceful place to relax after a busy day of exploring. My daughter says the pull-out was better than most but not as comfy as a regular bed. She still managed to sleep well, though! Would definitely rebook this place and may do so for a parent-only getaway sometime soon.

Great location, comfortable and chic.

Fabulous location! Amazing shopping area/food at your door, while also close to waterfront locales and downtown. Spacious and comfortable loft. At once chic and comfortable/home-y. I thought the pull-out couch might be hard, but it was actually super cozy and we slept beautifully. Electronic blinds were so easy to work and helped kids sleep in. Loved the rooftop patio and views. Some construction was being done at the time, so didn't get to "lounge" there for anytime, but cool to have that access, and take in the vista. Also, nearby Green Lake and surrounding park nearby offered leisure and respite, if desired. A great stay.

Perfect

Super clean. Uncluttered, modern furniture and decor. Quiet. Literally steps away from bakery/coffee (same structure, separate entrance), Japanese, ice cream, etc. WiFi easy and fast. For the techies, also a 4-port switch for wired connection. Allowed me to work very efficiently. We did not try street parking - that might be a concern to check other reviews. Overall great location and great rental! Thanks!

Everything was great except for the air conditioning. It is much cooler outside. In fact gorgeous! Inside it is warm and stuffy.Otherwise the rental was comfortable and had everything we needed. The directions were clear. Location perfect!

Ideal location!

Very walkable neighborhood with lots of food and shopping choices. Easy Lyft/Uber access to anywhere in the city, and easy walk to light rail. Clean and new unit with all the amenities.

Very neat, clean and cozy!

This unit was very welcoming, clean and cozy! The bathrooms and kitchen had everything you need and the furnitures were very comfortable as well. Checking-in and Checking-out was simple and the instructions were given ahead of time for travelers to acknowledge and ask questions to managers. Also, the parking is quite simple around this area. As long as you have the parking guest pass, you can park anywhere in the designated street parking zone. There's always a spot so don't get scared off about parking in the area.

Pros:- Great location on the corner of a residential street with easy parking and a commercial street with shops and restaurants.- Good size and layout.Cons:- Terrible customer service from Vacasa. They just have a guest services number to call for issues, which I did to report the bathtub/shower not draining properly. I received a curt response that I'd have to wait for the local team to contact me, which never happened, and the issue was never resolved.- Not amazing cleanliness. The seal of the front loading washing machine was moldy and smelled mildewy. A couple of the pans in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived.- Bargain basement paper products (toilet paper and paper towel) and no facial tissue. Recommend buying your own.- Provided portable A/C unit (the kind that vents through a wall) didn't seem to cool at all; just blew room temp air. If you're used to sleeping with A/C, would not recommend this rental during the summer months.
