Unwind at this spacious and cozy 4 bed, 3 bath historic home for your next getaway. This location expertly blends 2,200 sq. feet of indoor home and 2,800 sq. feet of vibrant outdoor living in one of Seattles best neighborhoods, Montlake. Detailed, comfortable, and spacious, this home is a perfect spot for unwinding while visiting. Right across the street from 50 acre Interlaken Park and up the street from the Arboretum, this home is the perfect refuge from the city, while being right near it. This is a two story historic home + ADU basement. The home is a duplex with the host living in the basement. There are no shared spaces, the house and garden is only used by guests.

The Garden house was a very nice quaint property..everything was as described in the listing and Zane did a great job of communicating with us..would definitely rent again if the opportunity presents itself.
Beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The yard is lovely, with different areas for socializing, sunning, and reading. Zane quickly responds to questions. We would definitely stay here again.
Lovely quiet residential area near green spaces, waterfront, and university. Well stocked kitchen, tons of windows that open, lovely gardens and seating out back, and an eclectic collection of books. So nice to have three bathrooms. Lots of square footage for everyone to spread out. Zane was quick to respond to all texts. Great to be able to park right by the house. Safe. Will come back.

This is a nice, older home with a very nice backyard. Bedrooms were large with nice walk in bathrooms. Yard had optimal seating, but cobwebs and leaves could’ve been cleaned off furniture beforehand.Home was in older condition, with small tv room and no central air. We were disappointed that there wasn’t central air as advertised, there was only an AC unit in two of the bedrooms. It got pretty warm, even with keeping the shades drawn. Home didn’t seem super clean either- there was spare change on the floor of the bedroom and dirt in the shower.Overall a nice home, but have a few areas of opportunity.
