Nestled in breathtaking Alki Beach, our 3 bedroom, 1,600 sqft home boasts soaring windows allowing for an abundance of natural light and exquisite views, a spa-like master bathroom, and a huge rooftop deck with stunning water and mountain views. Steps away from the Puget Sound and Alki Beach restaurants. Impeccably furnished with hotel-grade white bedding, this million-dollar home is the perfect spot to relax with friends and family after a day on the beach. Welcome to your very own beach home!

This spacious townhouse is sure to have something for everyone in your group. The first floor offers a secluded bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, perfect for the quieter members of your group. The second floor features a large family area fully stocked with games and access to multiple streaming services. This floor also includes your expansive kitchen and a half bath. On the third floor level are your living quarters. The king bedroom faces a quiet street and enjoys bountiful amounts of sunlight with a line of sight to the sound. The queen bedroom offers views of the sound and wonderful lighting during sunset. Last but not least, your roof deck offers a quiet space to gather with friends and family while watching the sun set over the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains.

House was wonderful, 15 min walk to food/ shops, & beach saunas at alki beach. Located one block from the water with a great view of ocean sunsets on the roof! Easy to get in, well stocked, clean and very comfortable beds. So glad we booked and would again when we are in the area.

1st time renting on Vrbo and it was the worst experience you could have ! Messaged the host that there was no heat and was replied to be mindful of the noise (this was 6 pm on a Friday) never got the heat figured out , it was extremely cold and they didn’t bother to check on it if it started working , however we were messaged multiple times that we were too loud. They knew we had 4 children , none of which were running around screaming, no music just adults having conversations. At one point we tried to play a family game and was told we needed to go out for the night instead of hanging out at the house. Keep in mind there was only street parking and a very little amount of that, the thought of hauling kids blocks in the dark was not ideal. We woke on the morning to find they had canceled the rest of our stay , very frustrating on Valentine’s Day to find another place for multiple people although so happy we did because our next night was a completely different experience!I would say if you have children or like to talk this is not the place for you , in fact they should reconsider renting out ! Also beware of the dog poop in the grass in front of the house , it was disgusting !

Wonderful home right by the waterfront. Comfortable rooms and well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and warm and bathrooms were well stocked with shower toiletries and towels! We will stay again.

This is a wonderful property! The owner’s attentive and thoughtful support, the easy-to-use kitchen, and the relaxing living room with unlimited Netflix access made the stay excellent. The bathroom is clean, and the bedroom allows for a peaceful night’s sleep. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Seattle!

We had a fantastic 3-day weekend trip to Seattle and really enjoyed our stay at this West Seattle VRBO rental (listing here). The unit was spacious and comfortable for our group of five, with three bedrooms. The location was perfect for us—quiet and convenient for exploring West Seattle. Jonathan, the host, was excellent—very communicative and clearly cared that we had a great stay. Overall, we had a smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

Great layout

We had a great stay. The house suited our family of 4 well for a weekend away. I loved that I could walk out the door and hop on a trail for running. The rooftop deck view was beautiful. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

If Only . . . . .

If only the pictures could show the real property. This home probably years ago was amazing but now there is an extreme lack of care when it comes to the cleanliness of the home. There was dust and dirt everywhere including pet hair and stained furniture. The beds were horrible including the pillows with cleaning rags and dish towels presented as bathroom linens. The only thing worth the price is the location as we literally asked to cancel our reservations within 3hrs of being on the property after throughly investigating the dirty mess and worn furniture. There are so many better options in the area than to waste your money here unless you are bringing your own cleaning crew and interior designer. The host will be responsive and refunded one night even though we were only in the property less than 12hrs but more importantly is if you have an experience like mine the host can decide what and how much money you get back even if you inform them right away. I would recommend alternative lodging so you don’t experience what I did.

Great stay in Seattle

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the house and location during an extended weekend stay. The house was very clean and the 3 levels allowed everyone to have their space. The location is perfect access to downtown seattle as well as SeaTac. The host had everything you needed and was extremely responsive. We hope to be back when it's warmer, but I recommend the home year-round. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing location!

Absolutely amazing location! Only downside for us is that there is limited space on the ground level so most will have to carry your suitcases up multiple staircases. Location was great, house was great and communication with the owner was great!

First time in Seattle. Wanted to sightsee. Perfect location and beautiful home. Loved the extras- beer, wine, snacks- nice touch! Only a few things I’d add- dish towels and more comfortable seating on rooftop. Pet area on rooftop was super cute!
