- Best location in the Kirkland Waterfront just off Lake Street. Lake Washington and pool views from living room and large patio deck. Popular building features elevator access, secure lobby entrance, reserved parking and pool open from May to October (weather permitting)

Interior features a fully equipped kitchen from blender to the garlic press. Kitchen features wine fridge, center island, granite, stainless appliances, and more. Airconditioned living room and in the bedroom if needed for summer months. All linens, towels, dishes, pots/pans, and small appliances included in rental. King size bed in the master with large walk-in closet. Washer/Dryer on same floor just a few doors away in secure common area.
Lake Street features public parks, marina, restaurants, shopping and so much more. A Venice Beach or Maui boardwalk feel in the suburb of Seattle. Just a short walk to transit and easy commute to Tech companies and 5+ area hospitals including Overlake, Evergreen, Children's Hospital, Virgina Mason, Harborview, and Swedish.
