Fabulous location with a short walk to waterfront and restaurants. The townhouse felt brand new. It was very well stocked and very clean.

This was a friends reunion and we pretty much stayed at the house other than a walk on the beach. Wonderful place, well appointed and Courtney was very gracious!

Host was promptly interactive. Property was as advertised, probably a little better than pictures convey. Well appointed with good amenities. Location was quiet and off the main roads and rooftop view was enchanting. Would return!

Alki’s short stay became fantastic at this property!

Its inside of property is so beautiful and totally clean. After the business of downtown Seattle, we come back to Alki this home and walk around Alki beach everyday. This home makes us comfy and relax. Especially, seaside view from on the top floor was marvelous!! You should stay at this home!!

Wonderful!

The home was the perfect stay for my daughter’s UW graduation. Loved bbqing on the rooftop with gorgeous ocean views. Very cozy kitchen and living room areas. Bedrooms super comfy and clean. Loved exploring the beach and surrounding areas.

Thanksgiving holiday in Seattle

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The owner was very responsive with any communication that we had. In fact we had a issue with getting the heater to work on one of the floors ( which was most likely operator error) :) The owner had 2 space heaters delivered the next morning. Just to clarify all the systems worked fun but was nice to have for a backup. I would highly recommend this place!

Alki Beach paradise

My stay at this beach townhome was beyond expectations. Everything from Courtney's exceptional host services to the finishings of the townhome to the charm of Alki Beach really could not have been better. The amenities such as dishes, glassware, towels, shampoo, etc were all of far superior quality to any VRBO I've stayed in before. There was even a free Tesla charger!!! And yes, I drive a Tesla. The welcome book had helpful suggestions - I would probably add that Metropolitan Market that is only a few miles away was my favourite place for graceries and also had an amazing wine shop. The only thing for visitors to be aware of was that my Tesla navigation system kept taking me to one street away closer to waterfront. For some reason it couldn't get me to the exact address. Google maps showed the right direction. So depending on your nav system you might get a bit frustrated. But have no fear, you will find the place and it will be worth every penny of your booking!!

Everything you could ask for

We stayed in this awesome modern townhome in a quiet and clean neighborhood over the 4th of July. My wife and I watched fireworks all around the Puget Sound and over the space needle on the massive roof top patio until the wee hours of the night. The beach is a 2 minute walk with all kinds of fun restaurants along the boardwalk. The home has everything you could imagine or need. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking utensils you’d need down to shish kabob sticks. We went into the city several times and it’s only a 15 minute Uber ride. We had a awesome experience, great hospitality and loved the home.

We loved the house and all the amenities.

We stayed there for Thanksgiving and Alki is one of my favorite places. The house was perfect and fully stocked! We are hoping to stay again this year for the same time period.

Girls Family Get Away

Renting the property was very easy! The property was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. All we needed to bring was our suitcases. Everything else was here. The extra touches such as providing K cups and snacks was appreciated since we were coming to Seattle from the East Coast and didn’t have time to stop for food. The home was immaculate and the beds & pillows were extremely comfortable! So much so that we asked Courtney where she purchased them! The location was perfect! Walking distance to Starbucks & restaurants. Whenever we have the chance to come back to Seattle, we definitely will rent here again! Thank you so much Courtney!

Great apartment. Just like the photos

The property was just as advertised. Our group was 6 adults and 2 kids so bedding arrangement was perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked with all required utensils etc. Welcome snacks were very much appreciated. Roof-top BBQ and lounge area was great. Only gave 4 stars for the location due to the West Seattle bridge being closed for repairs making the trip into town much longer. Bridge is due to reopen next month (mid September 2022). Courtney (host) was very responsive and quick to answer the questions we had.

If you are looking for a home in Alki beach for a trip away with friends or family, this is an amazing option! The neighborhood is a perfect little get away. It is a short walk away from the boardwalk, coffee, and restaurants! Courtney was extremely responsive and made our trip very pleasant. The house was stunning and fully stocked with everything needed for 8 people! Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Exceptional Luxury Townhome

Gorgeous luxury home with beautiful views. This townhome exceeded all our expectations. This home was spotless, beautifully furnished and stocked with all the necessities. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. We really appreciate that there are beach chairs and a cooler for us to use and umbrellas for those rainy days. We slept comfortably in the cozy beds and utilized the well-appointed kitchen. Our favorite part was sitting on the roof deck watching an amazing view of the sunset. The host was attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for being a great Host Courtney! We would love to stay here again.
