Please note that though you will have the apartment to yourself, we ask that our guests be courteous of the other tenants in our building..

Our building does not allow lockboxes thus we use KeyCafe for keyfob handover. The fob is stored at a separate location 1 mile from the property. We will provide clear instructions prior to check-in
*If you're looking to stay for at least 3 months, please reach out and we can offer you a discounted rate.
- Street parking only. We suggest not dealing with the hassle of bringing a car in the big city. Using bus, light rail, walk, or rideshare is highly recommended for quicker, cheaper and ease of transport.
- Rent includes, water, sewer, trash, access to onsite fitness gym, and roof deck for chilling and grilling under the lights of Seattle's skyline.
Security deposit ($500)
- Tenant pays for electricity, cable/internet (outside the available public wifi)
- Pet rent ($50/month per pet; $300 deposit per pet)

We're excited to meet our guests in person, however, we also love travelling and exploring the world!
We may not be available during your stay so to help us manage our guest and property, we use My VR Host vacation rental management who are accessible for any questions or concerns.
