The whole townhouse is yours: one bedroom with an Italian queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a full bathroom with a tub, and a kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Original hardwood floors, trim and built-in cabinets, with an updated kitchen, bath and windows.

WHO IT SUITS
Medical staff and students at Swedish and Harborview, Seattle U students and faculty, and anyone relocating who wants a quiet, furnished home for a month or more.

Swedish Cherry Hill 0.7 mi (17-min walk, 4-min drive). Seattle University 0.9 mi (21-min walk). Swedish First Hill 1.2 mi (7-min drive, 22 min by bus). Harborview 1.4 mi (11-min drive). Downtown about 30 min by bus.

OUTSIDE AND PARKING
Private fenced front yard, semi-private back yard with mature trees, and a free reserved parking spot behind the house.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and utensils. The washer and dryer are in the shared basement (pay by app, about $2 a load).

GOOD TO KNOW
Minimum stay is 30 nights. Quiet hours are 9 PM-8 AM. No smoking, no events. One pet is welcome ($25/night pet fee). Heat is baseboard; there's no air conditioning, but a fan is provided. The house has exterior security cameras. There's a small brewery nearby; it closes in the evening.
